The fee depends on the standards of professional ethics and/or the legislation valid for attorneys as well as on individual agreements with the clients. Fundamental for the fee is the expenditure of time. The hourly rate considers thereby the difficulty and meaning of the case, the special know-how as well as the professional experience.
